Recently we delivered a completely modified VOLVO EC380E machine to a customer in Germany. The BECO group stretched and repainted the mono boom to a straight demolition boom for higher reach an dumping height. The standard machine has been modified by us with the following specifications:
The boom is stretched to a total of 7.45 meters, for more height reach during demolition work. The standard hydraulic lines have been adjusted for the purpose of the arm cylinder, hammer circuit, rotation function and the quick coupler function.
At the request of the customer, four track plate cleaners are assembled to the EC380E. The four track plate cleaners are assemblied to the undercarriage, 2 pieces at the front and 2 pieces on the rear on each side.
The original counterweight has has been extended by 2,3t.
The machine has two new sets of new reinforced linkages which replaces the standard linkages for the EC380.
All modified components are painted with a two layer 2-component painting system, completely according to the Volvo color scheme. The machine is delivered complete with BECO parts manual and user manual. New work diagrams have been fitted in the cabin.
Before delivery, the entire machine is extensively tested and delivered turn-key.
The entire combination is delivered under CE by BECO and provided with a CE mark.
